Millwork Engineering Associate

We are looking for an in-house Millwork Engineer to work with our team of Millwork Drafters and Designers and convert designs into technical millwork shop drawings.

Responsibilities:

• Review of Detailed Millwork Shop Drawings with AutoCAD 2D.
• Create CNC ready work orders using Cabinet Vision and other computer-aided design software.
• Create detailed shop drawings for submittals and fabrication;
• Edit drawings based on specifications from the client and/or architect;
• Collaborate with project managers & operations personnel during the development of the Project;
• Send out necessary RFIs pertaining to the shop drawings and scope of work;
• Trim drawings;
• Production Projects, including draw in CV and takeoffs;
• Research materials, hardware, kitchen appliances, etc. for the size and fit;
• Development of Work Orders from CVs.

Requirements:

• Strong Cabinet Vision software capabilities is a must.
• Good work habits are a must: Reliable, Dependable, Good Attitude, Organized, and Cooperative.
• Strong Time Management Skills.
• Good written and oral communication skills
• Millwork/ Construction background

Qualifications:

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Blue Beam, Adobe Pro
• Innergy Software Experience preferred
• Attention to Detail
• Interact and communicate positively with others.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
