General Position Summary: The Project Manager is responsible for managing projects from start to completion in a timely manner. The Project Manager must be able to perform all tasks of the project to ensure that the customer satisfaction.

PROJECT MANAGER ARCHITECTURAL MILLWORK
A premier fabricator of custom architectural millwork and store fixtures is seeking a Project Manager for our Architectural Custom Casework and Commercial Fixture manufacturing facility.
This position will be responsible for overseeing a Project from estimating costs through completion. As a representative of our company they facilitate all
communication with the client to ensure customer satisfaction while monitoring costs.
Job Duties Include:
Provide accurate material and labor costs from Architectural drawings
Work directly with the client to value engineer material and construction options Communicate with Clients to obtain Project requirements
Make Field templates when necessary
Communicate all details of the Project to Engineering and Production Review Shop drawings
Provide Submittals and Finish Samples to Client
Manage the Project Schedule to ensure all dates are met Oversee product quality
Manage Installation Subcontractors when required
Complete all necessary forms and paperwork for billing
Job Requirements include:
Ability to read Blue Prints
Knowledge of Architectural Millwork Materials and Hardware Ability to schedule and oversee manufacturing quality
Strong attention to detail and highly organized
Excellent communication skills
Focus on accuracy
Knowledge of construction methods in woodworking industry Understanding of installation methods
