Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized, entry-levelProduction Planner Associate for our manufacturing department,who is detail-oriented and a collaborative team player. This role is key to supporting efficient operations by assisting with printing, packing, and releasing work orders to the production floor. Responsibilities include performing daily administrative tasks, maintaining accurate records, and providing general support to the planning team. The ideal candidate is dependable, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and demonstrates a strong commitment to accuracy and attention to detail.
Location: We are conveniently located in Oakland, FL, 23 minutes from Orlando.
Position Responsibilities:
- Accurately read and interpret work orders and technical drawings.
- Utilize Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams) and ERP software to support planning tasks.
- Assist the planning team by printing, organizing, and releasing work orders in a timely manner.
- Perform administrative duties, including data entry, filing, and maintaining production records.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with supervisors to ensure smooth workflow.
- Generate reports as required.
- Provide front desk coverage when required, including answering phones and responding to general inquiries.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and company documents.
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail in all assigned tasks.
- Adhere to company rules, policies, and quality standards.
- Comply with all applicable ISO and OSHA standards.
- Complete work priorities as assigned by the supervisor.
- Perform other such duties as may be required.
Skills and Qualifications:
- High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED).
- 1–3 years of administrative experience or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
- Familiarity with ERP or MRP systems (e.g., SAP).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Word, and Excel (intermediate proficiency preferred).
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to interpret, understand, and follow instructions.
- Competence in performing basic mathematical calculations quickly and accurately.
- Accurate and efficient data entry skills.
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and complete tasks promptly.
- Analytical mindset with a focus on detail.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Preferred Qualifications:
- 3 years of experience with SAP.
