We are seeking a detailed oriented and reliable Digital Laser Templator to accurately measure and template countertops for residential and commercial installations. The ideal candidate will use digital tools (such as a laser templating system) to create precise templates that guide countertop fabrication and installation.
Responsibilities:
- Travel to customer locations to measure kitchen, bathroom, or custom surfaces for countertop installation.
- Use digital templating tools (e.g., Laser Products Industries System) or physical templates to record dimensions.
- Communicate with clients and project managers regarding job specifics and requirements.
- Verify cabinets are level and properly installed prior to measurement.
- Identify and address potential issues that may affect countertop installation.
- Record and submit accurate measurements, notes, and photos to the fabrication team.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain a professional appearance and demeanor.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time.
Skills:
- Experience using digital laser measuring equipment.
- Auto CAD software knowledge.
- Understanding of various countertop materials (granite, quartzite, marble, quartz, etc.)
