You'll drive growth through consultative selling, strategic account development, and collaboration with engineering and operations teams to deliver high-value solutions to customers worldwide.
What You'll Do
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across target markets and industries.
- Build, manage, and grow long-term customer relationships through proactive engagement and exceptional service.
- Prepare and present compelling proposals and quotations in partnership with engineering and estimating teams.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals that meet revenue and margin goals.
- Collaborate with program managers and production teams to ensure successful delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Track and forecast sales performance using CRM and ERP tools (Deltek Costpoint or similar).
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings to promote CME's capabilities and brand.
- Provide regular sales updates, pipeline reports, and market feedback to senior leadership.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field preferred.
- Experience: 3 years of successful sales experience in manufacturing, engineering services, or technology markets.
- Skills:
- Proven ability to prospect, qualify, and close new business.
- Strong presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Understanding of technical or engineered products and solutions.
- Experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
