Custom Klimates is a growing HVAC company in Canton, GA looking for skilled HVAC Field Service Technicians to support our residential and light commercial service operations. This HVAC Service Technician role is ideal for technicians who thrive in a fast-paced, team-first environment and want to grow with a company that is building strong systems to scale while delivering quality service.
As an HVAC Technician, you will play a key role in day-to-day service work including diagnosing and repairing heating and air conditioning systems, performing preventative maintenance, communicating clearly with customers, and documenting service calls using mobile dispatch and invoicing software. You’ll be responsible for ensuring quality workmanship, following company processes, and stepping in on more complex service calls as your experience allows.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Diagnose, repair, and service residential and light commercial HVAC systems
- Perform preventative maintenance and system inspections
- Troubleshoot air conditioning, heating, and heat pump systems
- Read and interpret schematics and technical documentation
- Communicate findings, recommendations, and next steps clearly to customers
- Fully document service calls using mobile dispatch and invoicing software
- Maintain clean, safe, and professional job sites
- Follow company processes, safety standards, and quality guidelines
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- 2 years of experience as an HVAC Service Technician (more welcomed)
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- EPA 608 Certification required
- Experience with residential and light commercial HVAC systems
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Clean driving record and background check required
