Server Role
As a Server at Custom House Restaurant Group, you will be responsible for taking food and beverage orders, entering them into our system in a timely fashion, memorizing our menus, and making recommendations to dining room guests. You will also promptly address guest service issues and refer guests to management when necessary. We provide full coverage for Food Handlers and Responsible Beverage Service training and certification.
Requirements:
Previous food service experience
Knowledge of food service regulations
Wine and spirit knowledge
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
Ability to obtain and maintain a California Food Handler's Certification card and Responsible Beverage Service Certification
