JOB DESCRIPTION: |
The Peter B’s Runners are responsible to the delivery of all food with a sense of urgency while maintaining a friendly, courteous and professional manner and adhering to all health and sanitation regulations. |

The Ideal Candidate will:
PM Shifts: 3 PM to Closing. 3 Shifts per week. |

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITES: |

Knowledge of the entire hotel food & safety compliance procedures, hotel safety procedures to ensure the safety and security of our guests and employees. |

EDUCATIONAL / CERTIFICATION / LICENSE REQUIREMENTS: |
|
High School Diploma or equivalent – Required California Food Handlers / ServSafe Certification – Required State approved Certification Alcohol management - Required |
|
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES: |
|
|
PREVIOUS EXPERIENCED REQUIRED: |
|
Minimum 6-months of Food & Beverage experience required; hospitality experience preferred. |
