Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Mortgage Loan Officer, based in Bingham Farms, MI. The Mortgage Loan Officer will be responsible for consulting with clients to identify their home loan needs, evaluating financial information, and assisting with the application process. They will work closely with underwriting and processing teams to ensure timely and efficient loan approval. Providing excellent customer service and maintaining strong relationships with clients, realtors, and other partners will also be key to the role.
Qualifications
- Experience in the mortgage industry, including Loan Officers and Mortgage Lending
- Understanding of Underwriting principles and processes
- Strong Customer Service skills with a client-focused approach
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a collaborative on-site environment
- Proven track record in a sales-oriented role within the mortgage or financial industry is a plus
- Valid loan officer license as required by state regulations
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field preferred
