What are the responsibilities and job description for the Staff Accountant position at Custom Home Exteriors?
Build the Future with CHE
CHE isn’t looking for someone to process accounting transactions.
We’re looking for someone who wants to become a financial partner to the business.
Our Finance Team is transforming how accounting supports construction operations through AI, automation, data analytics, and process improvement. As routine accounting work becomes increasingly automated, our accountants spend less time processing transactions and more time helping Operations, Commercial, and Executive Leadership make better business decisions.
If you’re looking for a highly structured accounting position where every process has already been perfected, this probably isn’t the right opportunity.
If you’re energized by solving problems, improving processes, leveraging AI, working across departments, and helping build something better, we’d love to meet you.
About CHE
CHE is a growing residential and commercial construction company that believes Finance should be more than a reporting function.
Our accountants work directly with Operations, Commercial, Purchasing, Executive Leadership, and customers to improve profitability, strengthen cash flow, reduce risk, and build scalable processes.
We’re still building.
That means there will be opportunities to improve systems, challenge existing processes, and make a visible impact on the business.
