Endo RN Unit Manager
Far Rockaway, NY
$85.29 per hour
13-Week Contracts
Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Endoscopy Nurse Manager (RN) Job Description:
This role requires a strong clinical leader with endoscopy experience, operating room experience, and prior management experience.
Schedule
- Monday – Friday
- 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM
- Includes 24/7 unit oversight
Additional details:
- The manager must be present when the unit opens and remain until cases are completed
- The endoscopy unit is currently open two days per week
- When the unit is closed, the manager will assist in the main operating room as needed
Experience Required:
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) – Required
- Master’s degree in Nursing or Healthcare Administration – Preferred
- Minimum 3–5 years of nursing experience
- Minimum 2 years in an Endoscopy or Gastroenterology setting
- At least 1 year of management experience within endoscopy
- Active New York RN License
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- CGRN certification preferred
- Experience scrubbing and circulating in a main operating room
