General Laborer | Sign Installation - Training Provided

Custom Graphics Inc. is hiring a General Laborer to join our growing team in Fargo, ND. If you enjoy working with your hands, learning new skills, and seeing the results of your work throughout the community, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

No sign industry experience? No problem. We'll provide the training you need to build a rewarding career in sign fabrication and installation. Whether you're coming from construction, manufacturing, landscaping, warehousing, or another hands-on trade, we want to hear from you.

What You'll Do

• Assist with the fabrication and assembly of custom signs and graphics
• Prepare materials, tools, and supplies for production
• Load and unload materials, equipment, and completed signs
• Assist with installing signs, graphics, and vinyl products at customer locations -inside, outside, in the air, all year round
• Operate hand and power tools safely
• Support experienced installers and production team members
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Learn industry techniques and develop new skills through on-the-job training

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to lift heavy materials and work on your feet throughout the day
• Comfortable using hand and power tools and willing to learn
• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
• Valid driver's license required
• Construction, manufacturing, warehouse, installation, or general labor experience is a plus—but not required
