What are the responsibilities and job description for the Manufacturing Operator position at Custom Glass Products?
Duties:
- Handle and transport materials and products within the facility
- Handle glass in a manufacturing enviornment
- Loading trucks
- Ability to lift 50 lbs. continuously throughout the day
- Operate machinery and equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyors
- Follow safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment
Qualifications:
- Familiarity with tape measure
- Basic math skills for measurements, calculations, and data entry
- Experience with machining or working in a manufacturing environment is a plus
- Candidates MUST HAVE a valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35.0 – 45.0 per week
