Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled, dependable, and team-oriented Cabinet Maker to join our growing team. This position is responsible for the fabrication, assembly, and installation of high-quality custom cabinetry and millwork for residential projects.

Duties
- Read and interpret shop drawings, blueprints, and specifications accurately
- Measure, cut, fabricate, and assemble cabinet components with precision
- Operate woodworking equipment including table saw, jointer, planer, shaper, routers, and CNC machinery
- Install cabinets, trim, hardware, and related millwork on-site when required
- Work collaboratively with project managers, designers, and installers to ensure smooth project execution
- Maintain quality control standards throughout fabrication and installation
- Assist team members as needed to meet production schedules and deadlines
- Communicate clearly regarding materials, measurements, and job site conditions
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Follow all safety protocols related to machinery operation and job site work
Experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience in cabinet making or custom millwork
- Strong understanding of cabinet construction methods and materials
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Proficiency with hand tools and power tools used in woodworking
- Experience with CNC fabrication is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and work on your feet for extended periods
