This position offers a unique four-day work week, providing a consistent schedule and three-day weekends while working with advanced cutting equipment in a stable manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities- Set up and operate waterjet cutting equipment and manual saws
- Read and interpret work orders, cut sheets, and production drawings
- Measure materials and finished products accurately using a tape measure
- Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as needed
- Perform quality inspections to ensure products meet specifications
- Troubleshoot minor equipment and cutting issues
- Record production information, material usage, quantities, and machine settings
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Support production goals while maintaining quality standards
- Experience operating waterjet equipment, CNC machinery, saws, or similar manufacturing equipment preferred
- Ability to accurately read a tape measure, including fractional measurements
- Comfortable reading blueprints, drawings, and cut sheets
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience with waterjet equipment is a plus, but candidates with related manufacturing or machine operation experience who are eager to learn are encouraged to apply. Training is available for the right individual.
