WANTED - SALESPERSON : In business 45 years, located in Cookeville. REQUIRED: Must provide verifiable successful experience in “big-ticket” sales, with good closing ability. Will train in all aspects of selling our products - fireplaces, stoves, gas logs, and related. Must also be able to perform a variety of basic computer tasks related to making a sale: basic data entry skills. Will train on our computer programs & estimating system. Must have pleasant, calm personality (in person and on phone), good math ability (for putting together accurate estimates), be able to focus & pay attention to small details, be computer literate & a fast learner, self-motivated, hard worker. We will train for this unique career position. Requirements: Enthusiastic, positive “can-do” attitude, friendly, willing to take on a challenge learning to sell our complex products, must care about customer's safety in selling jobs. Must be able to multi-task & “wear many hats” in fast-paced, busy retail environment. Mon – Sat in "busy season" (approx. Sept. - March) Other months, alternate Saturdays.
