Job Overview
Custom Fireplace has been in business since 1972. We are rebranding and looking for a General Manager to lead the Hot Tub growth of the company. You will work closely with the CEO. As the CEO’s second-in-command, you will take high-level vision into actionable, efficient, and scalable processes ensuring the company meets its goals.
Responsibilities
- Strategic Partner to CEO: Acting as the CEO's "right hand," manage internal issues, freeing the CEO to focus on external growth and long-term strategy.
- oversee day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency and consistent quality.
- Train, and supervise personnel, as well as foster a productive work environment.
- Policy Implementation: Ensure compliance with company policies
- Problem-Solving: Ability to handle operational crises and improve processes.
- Drive sales growth through in-store selling, promotions, lead follow-up, and local marketing partnerships.
- Help recruit, train, coach, and schedule sales associates, service coordinators, and showroom staff.
- Ensure high standards for customer service, and post-sale follow-up.
- Enforce safety, compliance, and company policies.
Skills
- 3 years retail Hot Tub management experience
- Strong people-management skills: hiring, coaching, performance management.
- Excellent customer-service orientation and problem-solving skills.
Pay: $120,000.00 - $350,000.00 per year
