Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise daily production operations on the manufacturing floor
- Drive production output while maintaining quality standards
- Hold team members accountable for performance, attendance, and productivity
- Identify and resolve production issues quickly to minimize downtime
- Monitor workflow, staffing levels, and overall efficiency
- Train, coach, and develop production employees
- Coordinate with inventory, shipping, and receiving to ensure smooth material flow
- Support and implement process improvements to increase efficiency
- Maintain a safe, organized, and high-performing work environment
- Track and communicate production performance and key metrics
- Proven experience in a production supervisor or leadership role required
- Experience in manufacturing, assembly, or high-volume production environments
- Strong leadership presence with the ability to manage and motivate a team
- Ability to make decisions quickly and solve problems under pressure
- Experience managing workflow, productivity, and performance expectations
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Experience in made-to-order (MTO) or custom production environments is a plus
- Ability to stand and move throughout the production floor for extended periods
- Frequent walking, bending, and overseeing operations
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
