Custom Filters Direct is seeking motivated individuals to join our growing production team as **Entry-Level Production Assemblers**. If you're dependable, eager to learn, and enjoy hands-on work in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to meet you.

## **Training Schedule**

All new hires will complete **one week of paid training on 1st shift** before transitioning to 2nd shift.

Training Schedule (Week 1)

• Monday-Friday **7:00 AM - 3:30 PM**
• **Pay: $14.00/hour**
  
  

Regular Schedule (After Training)

• Monday-Friday **3:30 PM - 12:00 AM**
• **Pay: $14.50/hour** *(includes a $0.50/hour shift differential)*
  
  

**Overtime may be required based on business needs.**

• **$14.00/hour during first-week on 1st shift training**
• **$14.50/hour on 2nd shift after training**

**What You'll Do**

Depending on production needs, you'll work in one of the following areas:

### **Production Assembly**

• Assemble custom air filters according to work instructions
• Handle production materials safely and efficiently
• Inspect finished products for quality
  
  

### **Customs Department**

• Cut and cap air filters to customer specifications
• Perform final quality inspections
• Read and use a tape measure accurately
• Operate a bandsaw for cutting (only if comfortable)
  
  

**Key Responsibilities**

• Assemble air filters according to specifications
• Measure, cut, and handle production materials
• Inspect products to ensure quality standards
• Package finished products for shipment
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety and production procedures
• Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals
  
  

**Qualifications**

• **No manufacturing experience required-we provide paid training**
• Ability to read a tape measure and operate a bandsaw (preferred for Customs Department only)
• Strong attention to detail
• Good hand-eye coordination
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to work well in a team environment
  
  

**Physical Requirements**

• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Frequent walking, bending, reaching, and stooping
• Ability to lift and move lightweight materials throughout the shift
• Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment
