The Forklift Operator is responsible for safely moving materials throughout the warehouse and production floor, loading and unloading shipments, and supporting overall operational efficiency. ## **Schedule**
- Monday - Friday
- 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM (Overtime available based on business needs)
- Starting pay @ $18.00/hour (90 day evaluation)
- Weekly pay on Fridays
- After 90 days - Medical/Dental/Vision, PTO & 8 paid holidays

## **Key Responsibilities**
- Operate forklifts (standard and electric) to move materials safely and efficiently
- Load and unload trucks while ensuring proper handling and minimal damage
- Transport materials between storage and production areas
- Perform routine equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
- Utilize warehouse systems to track inventory and maintain accuracy
- Assist with general warehouse tasks as needed
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures
- Previous forklift experience required
- Forklift certification preferred or willingness to obtain
- Experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
- Ability to work in a physically active role (standing, lifting, operating equipment)
- Reliable, team-oriented, and dependable
- Fast-paced warehouse setting
- Physical role requiring standing, lifting, and equipment operation
