Custom Filters Direct is hiring Entry-Level Assemblers to join our growing team. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced environment with consistent daytime hours and opportunities for growth.
- Assemblers - responsible for building and assembling air filters
- Customs Dept - Responsible for finishing filters by cutting and capping them to final inspections (must be able to read a tape measure)
Schedule
- Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (Overtime may be required at times based on business needs)
Compensation & Benefits
- Weekly Pay on Fridays
- Starting pay: $14.00/hour (entry-level) with opportunities for growth and advancement
- Medical, Dental, Vision, and Paid Time Off (PTO) offered after 90 days

Position Overview
In this role, you will:
- Assemble custom air filters based on specifications
- Handle materials and support production processes
- Ensure quality and accuracy of finished products
This is an entry-level position with full training provided for motivated individuals.
Key Responsibilities
- Assemble air filters according to specifications
- Measure, cut, and handle production materials
- Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met
- Package finished products for shipment
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety and production procedures
Qualifications
