Role Description The BIM Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in St. Louis, MO, and Kansas City, MO, responsible for managing and coordinating building information models for MEP and related disciplines. Day-to-day tasks include setting up and maintaining project models in REVIT and Collaborate Pro enforcing BIM standards, and coordinating model content with internal engineers, designers, and external project partners. The BIM Coordinator supports clash detection, resolves model conflicts, and ensures accurate documentation for construction and rehabilitation projects across various sectors. This position collaborates closely with project managers, architects, and other stakeholders to align model deliverables with project schedules and quality requirements. The role also involves training and supporting team members in BIM workflows, contributing to continuous improvement of digital design processes.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong skills in BIM Coordination and Building Information Modeling (BIM), including experience with REVIT MEP and Collaborate Pro or similar platforms.
- Candidates should possess foundational knowledge of Architecture and building systems to effectively interpret and coordinate multi-disciplinary design models.
- Candidates should possess expertise in Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) coordination, with the ability to work closely with engineers and designers on detailed system layouts.
