Responsibilities
- Field incoming phone calls and form submissions from customers.
- Dispatch service technicians to appropriate locations to maximize efficencyt.
- Monitor all assigned technicians
- Monitor all assigned drivers to ensure on-time performance.
- Provide exceptional customer service to all clients.
- Pull electrical permits.
- Enter information in software for job records.
- Previous experience with ServiceTitan software is preferred but not required.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- 6 months previous experience as a CSR or dispatcher is preferred.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Must be able to multitask and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Background check and drug screen required.
