Custom Deluxe Windows is looking for a canvassing leader who can bring a crew of knockers with them and grow that crew into closers.
Most window companies keep their canvass managers stuck setting appointments for someone else. We don't. Here you start in the field, learn our system fast, and teach it to your team. Then you step into closing and mentoring knockers to teach our proven system while your team does the majority of the knocking.

How the role grows
- Start as a knocker-leader. You knock alongside your team, learn our system quickly, and get your people producing.
- Move into closing. You run appointments your team generates and earn on what you close.
- Mentor knockers into closers. You develop your best people into closers, which grows your team's production and your overrides.
- Grow as a Market Leader. Build a full market and earn a percentage of its total sales.
Who we're looking for
- You've knocked doors yourself and know what it takes to win in the field.
- You've led canvassers in solar, roofing, pest control, home security, fiber, HVAC, bath or exterior remodeling, or windows.
- Ideally, you have canvassers who already trust you and would come with you.
- You learn a system fast and can teach it to others.
- You want to close deals, not just set them.
- You're a recruiter at heart. You're always building your bench.
You do not need window and door experience. If you can knock, lead and recruit, we'll teach you the product and the close (which we have fully proven and systemized).
What you'll do
- Recruit and build your team. Bring your network and keep adding to it. Our internal recruiting team supports you, but your own recruiting drives your success.
- Lead from the front. Knock alongside your team and set the standard.
- Train your team on our system. Get new knockers productive fast.
- Close. Run appointments and turn them into sales.
- Develop closers. Mentor your best knockers into closers.

How you earn
This is commission-only with no cap. You earn three ways as you grow:
- Your own sales
- Your team's production
- Your market, as a Market Leader

For example, a market doing $600,000 in a month pays its Market Leader $42,000 that month (7%), which doesn't include the extra commission from deals you would have generated/closed personally.
Commission-only. Earnings depend on your production and your team's and are not guaranteed. Final terms are confirmed in writing before you start.
