Job Overview
Looking for someone who knows how to operate a business while I am at Basic Military Training, great pay, experience or ojt required. Looking for a guy who can become a crew leader once I grow my business further.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate daily schedules, assign tasks, and monitor progress to meet project timelines
- Operate grounds maintenance equipment, including mowers, trimmers, among other tools
- Identify plants, trees, shrubs, and other landscape elements to ensure proper care and maintenance
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and company policies during all outdoor activities
- Communicate with clients regarding project updates, site conditions, and service requirements
- Send invoices and contact customers as needed
Requirements
- Proven experience or ability in training in lawn care, landscape maintenance, or groundskeeping with a strong background
- Ability to operate company vehicles safely and efficiently for transportation between job sites
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage crews effectively while maintaining a positive work environment
- Strong outdoor work experience with an emphasis on safety, quality control, and customer satisfaction
- Excellent communication skills to coordinate tasks with clients
