The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, both verbal and written, and have a passion for helping others. You will need to run copiers, faxing, help with social media marketing. Any graphic design experience would be very helpful.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide accurate information regarding products and services to assist customers effectively.
- Handle customer complaints with empathy and professionalism, aiming for resolution on the first contact.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions using data entry skills.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Uphold company policies and procedures while ensuring compliance with industry standards.
- Utilize effective phone etiquette to create a welcoming environment for clients.
- Assist in training new staff members on customer service protocols as needed.
- Retail sales and social media marketing.
