Finish Work & Repairs

  • Complete finish carpentry adjustments (trim, doors, cabinets)
  • Address punch-list items and ensure final product quality

Troubleshooting & Problem Solving

  • Take ownership of resolving on-site issues quickly and effectively
  • Adapt to changing site conditions, weather, and access limitations
  • Escalate major issues when needed while driving solutions in the field

Quality Control & Customer Handoff

  • Perform detailed inspections of installed homes, ensuring quality standards are met
  • Assist with final system checks (electrical, plumbing, HVAC) prior to turnover
  • Support homeowner walkthroughs and provide basic system education
  • Ensure site is cleaned, organized, and ready for customer handoff
  • Document completed installations with photos and notes

Travel Requirements

  • 50–60% travel required
  • Expected to remain on-site until project completion (no routine weekend return trips)
  • Travel includes company vehicles and occasional air travel
  • Company provides lodging and covers meals during travel

Shop Support (When Not Traveling)
