Duties
Load and unload materials and tools from trucks
Dig holes and assist with site preparation
Mix concrete and mortar
Assist with building, repairs, and general construction tasks
Maintain a clean and safe job site
Support skilled trades as needed
Skills & Qualifications
Ability to perform physical labor (lifting, digging, standing for long periods)
Reliable transportation to job sites in the Charlottesville area
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
Ability to follow directions and work as part of a team
Basic construction experience is a plus, but not required
Must be dependable and show up on time
