Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Westfield, IN, for a Residential Field Representative. The Residential Field Representative will oversee field service operations, ensure customer satisfaction, and provide effective communication between clients and the company. The role also involves on-site engagement with customers, handling inquiries professionally, and assisting with sales and training efforts. Additional responsibilities include inspecting construction sites to maintain high safety and quality standards.
