As a
Service Crew Member, youll handle multiple service calls each day, ensuring top-quality repairs and customer satisfaction. Your work will include concrete construction repairs, finishing tasks, and occasional collaboration with other trades.
What Youll Do
- Perform a variety of concrete repairs and finishing work for warranty service calls.
- Read and interpret blueprints to correct production errors.
- Occasionally assist with billable jobs involving other trades.
- Operate smartphones and tablets for scheduling and reporting.
- Manage tools and materials from a service truck to complete jobs efficiently.
- Communicate professionally with customers and team members.
- Adapt to changing project needs and weather conditions.
- Experience in concrete construction or related fields (preferred).
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Physical stamina for outdoor work in all weather conditions.
- A valid Driver's License with a good driving record is a must, as you will be operating a company vehicle.
