Job Title: Superintendent
Location: As assigned – ability to travel required
Summary
CCS Group is looking for a motivated superintendent to oversee and manage their on-site crew, while upholding company standards.

Responsibilities Include:
- Accountable for jobsite safety, including pre-planning, execution and documentation.
- Participate in pre-job meetings, manage trailer inventory between projects, and assist executive staff with the management of project equipment & materials.
- Oversees and adheres to scheduled timeline of project and client expectations – communicates all issues or opportunities to the Operations Director.
- Regular communication and coordination with Customer’s onsite representative(s), engineers, and other vendors on site.
- Provides employees with the tools, training, and information they need to be successful –including hands on opportunities as project demands.
- Ability to read and effectively communicate engineered project drawings and other contract documents to the crew.
- Maintain a full understanding of all project scopes that CCS offers to Customers and be able to recognize and recommend additional repairs or maintenance while on jobsites.
- Effectively support and manage crew members – manage conflict as needed
- Accountable for the care of company-owned and rented equipment and tools.
- Regular and dependable attendance is an essential function of this job.
- Additional duties assigned as needed.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: Must have or willing to obtain the following
Valid Driver License with DOT endorsement
OSHA 10 Hour Certification
OSHA 30 Hour Certification
MSHA Experienced Miner Certification
Bobcat Skid-Steer Loader
Operator Training Course
Aerial Lift Training
ASA/ACI wet/vertical certification
SAIA Suspended and Framed Scaffold Competent Person
Education and/or Experience
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred
1-3 years related experience and/or training
Physical Demands
This position requires inspection of sites to detect safety concerns, must be able to complete tasks in a noisy environment, move equipment up to 125lbs., position oneself to install equipment, must be able to occasionally remain in a stationary position for extended periods of time during shift
Pay: From $42.00 per hour
