Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Composite Technician located in Bath, ME. The Composite Technician will be responsible for hands-on work in the manufacturing of composite parts and structures. Daily tasks include preparing molds, cutting and laying composite materials, and assembling components to meet specifications. The technician will also oversee quality assurance, use hand and power tools, and work collaboratively with the production team to meet deadlines while sustaining high standards of craftsmanship in every project.

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training or certifications in composites manufacturing is a plus
