Marketing Manager-Airpedic
Location: Orange, CA (role will transition to Corona, CA)
Salary: $90,000 – $105,000 DOE performance-based bonus

About the Role
We are seeking a Marketing Manager to take ownership of key marketing responsibilities and initiatives. This role reports directly to the Director of Marketing and plays a critical role in driving phone calls, optimizing website performance, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring a strong customer experience across all touchpoints.
This role is focused exclusively on direct-to-consumer marketing, supporting online and phone-based sales channels (no retail locations).
This individual will serve as the connective link between strategy, execution, vendors, data, and customer experience—balancing creativity, analytics, and technical execution.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Vendor & Partner Management
- Manage relationships with third-party vendors, including creative agencies, Google Ads, SEO providers, and reputation management partners
- Ensure vendor performance aligns with company goals and KPIs
- Coordinate campaigns, review performance, and recommend optimizations
- Escalate major decisions, contracts, or changes for approval as needed
Digital Marketing & Call Generation
- Oversee paid search, paid social, and programmatic marketing strategy with a strong focus on phone call generation
- Monitor and analyze call data to ensure quality and relevance
- Manage email marketing campaigns
- Work with partners to develop campaigns that highlight promotions and support ongoing customer engagement
- Manage the creation of consistent social media content that is engaging and on brand
- Identify opportunities to improve call volume, duration, and conversion
Promotions
- Develop a promotional calendar based on seasons and key calendar events
- Work with creative agencies to design promotional assets with a clear call to action
- Ensure promotional events align with sales goals
Website Management & Optimization
- Oversee WordPress and WooCommerce website performance
- Evaluate every page of the site for clarity, ease of use, accessibility, reduction of friction, and SEO (including evolving AI-driven search strategies)
- Ensure promotions are clear, compelling, and easy to understand
- Collaborate on web updates and optimizations, submitting major changes for approval
- Perform other relevant duties as assigned
Customer Experience & Accessibility
- Advocate for customers across diverse demographics in all marketing and design decisions
- Ensure inclusive design considerations, including readable fonts, clear messaging, and intuitive navigation
- Design and optimize with empathy for customers with varying accessibility needs
- Uphold a customer-first, service-oriented mindset
Creative & Social Media Strategy
- Develop creative concepts including photos, videos, and ad campaigns that highlight product quality and value
- Improve organic social media presence and brand storytelling
- Ensure creative aligns with brand voice, clarity, and trust
Data Analysis & Reporting
- Analyze performance data across phone calls, web sales, and marketing campaigns
- Use insights to determine what is working and where to improve
- Make data-driven recommendations for ongoing optimization
Technical Adaptability
- Own and actively use new tools and technologies as they are introduced
- Ensure systems and platforms are fully implemented and not underutilized
- Take responsibility for learning, managing, and integrating new solutions
TOOLS & PLATFORMS
Google Ads, Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Google Search Console, HubSpot, Basecamp, NetSuite, CRM platforms, CallRail, Mailchimp, WhatConverts, WordPress, WooCommerce
KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS (KPIs)
- Generate approximately 100 unique phone calls per week
- Emphasis on high-quality calls (3 and 5 minute call durations)
- Increase online sales activity (goal of approximately 15 per month)
- Ongoing improvement in call quality, conversion rates, and web sales
- Track performance week-over-week, month-over-month, and year-over-year

- 3–6 years of experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, or a related role
- Experience managing or working with external vendors/agencies
- Hands-on experience with digital marketing channels
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make performance-driven decisions
- Experience with website platforms and understanding of user experience optimization
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and with external partners
- Comfortable working in a role that blends strategy and hands-on execution
- Proficiency in marketing tools
