Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Paint Retail Sales Manager located in Wilmington, NC. The Paint Retail Sales Manager will oversee daily sales operations, provide excellent customer service, and ensure customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include managing retail sales, assisting customers with paint and coating selections, maintaining inventory, and training staff on products and sales techniques. Additional tasks include handling financial transsctions, resolving customer inquiries, and executing sales strategies to achieve business goals.
Qualifications
- Retail and sales experirence in the residential, commercial, & industrial coating industry
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
- Experience in inventory management
- Strong leadership, team management, and human resource skills
- Ability to work on-site in a fast-paced retail environment
- Must be able to lift 70 pounds
- Previous experience in the paint and coating industry
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field preferred
