Cleaning Professional

We are hiring for a part time cleaner. This position starts at 9am Monday - Friday with some weekend work available for more hours.

You MUST have your OWN reliable transportation to get to your scheduled jobs for each day.

Duties

• Perform comprehensive cleaning tasks including dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and surface sanitation to uphold high standards of cleanliness.
• Implement proper cleaning and sanitation procedures across various surfaces, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Handle laundry duties such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens or clothing items efficiently.
• Use specialized cleaning equipment like carpet cleaners, floor buffers, and janitorial tools to maintain floors and surfaces in top condition.
• Manage outdoor work tasks including trash removal, outdoor surface cleaning, and maintaining entryways to enhance curb appeal.
• Communicate professionally with clients to understand specific cleaning needs and provide excellent customer service.
• Assist with housekeeping management tasks such as inventorying cleaning supplies, ordering detergents, and maintaining equipment for optimal performance.

Requirements

• Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning, janitorial work, or custodial roles is preferred.
• Knowledge of cleaning detergents, floor care techniques, carpet cleaning methods, and sanitation standards.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and handle manual tasks with strength and precision.
• Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently within scheduled timeframes.
• Outdoor work experience is a plus for handling exterior cleaning projects confidently.
• Excellent client communication skills to ensure customer satisfaction and address specific requests professionally.
• Familiarity with housekeeping management practices including inventory control and equipment maintenance is desirable.

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
