We’re looking for a friendly and organized Medical Receptionist to join our team and help create a welcoming experience for our patients.
Key Responsibilities
• Greet and check in patients
• Answer phones and schedule appointments
• Verify insurance and collect payments
• Maintain patient records and front desk organization
• Coordinate schedules for chiropractors and massage therapists
Qualifications
• Front desk or receptionist experience preferred
• Medical office experience is a plus
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Organized, reliable, and comfortable using computers
