What are the responsibilities and job description for the Office Manager position at Custom Built Homes of the Carolinas?
Custom Built Homes of the Carolinas is looking for an experienced Office Manager for our Hampstead, North Carolina location! We are a very successful custom Modular Home company providing dream homes for many across Eastern North Carolina. Your schedule will consist of 5 days per week, a normal work week is 44 hours per week, you have 1 day off during the week, and Saturdays are a must. We are also closed on Sundays. 1. Personality traits that best fit this job are very organized, patient, trainable, and charismatic with a good memory!
2. You must be capable to work with a computer day in and day out to include:
- Typing and Sending Emails
- Ability to work with Microsoft Word, Microsoft Paint, Microsoft Excel, Google Calendar, and other basic computer programs.
3. You must be very good at communicating with clients and building relationships in a face-to-face environment as well as over the phone.
4. Any experience with home building, home sales, real estate, para legal, or mortgage experience would be a huge asset.
5. Sales experience is desired.
6. Live within 45 minutes of our location in Hampstead, North Carolina
