What are the responsibilities and job description for the Refrigeration Technician position at CUSTOM APPLE PACKERS?
Refrigeration Technician
Responsible for:
-Testing & repairing cold storage rooms at the Wenatchee warehouse, and (on occasion, as needed) Quincy and Quincy Valley Fruit - area cold storage facilities
-Responsible for the maintenance and operation of refrigeration and atmospheric equipment
Qualifications:
-Safety-minded
-Be able to read, write, and speak English
-Be certifiable on a respirator and self-contained breathing apparatus
-Able to work in confined spaces
-Ability to work safely and comfortably from heights
-General knowledge of facility maintenance
Compensation and benefits:
$22 - $35 per hour DOE. Medical, dental, vision, holiday, 401k, and other benefits available.
