Position Overview
We are currently looking for HVAC Service Technicians to join our team. These positions focus on performing service diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance for our residential and commercial HVAC customers.
Work Schedule
- Monday through Friday
- 7:30 AM – 3:30 PM
- Overtime as needed
- Weekend stand-by stipend available
Compensation
We pay based on experience and are offering top industry pay for experienced service technicians.
- Annual earnings: $75,000 – $100,000
- Hourly rate: $38 – $42 per hour
- Additional earnings through overtime, commissions, and sales incentives

Primary Job Function
Provide repair and maintenance services for residential and light commercial HVAC applications. Customer service and open communication are a priority.
Additional education is expected and provided through both in-house and factory training programs.
As a professional HVAC technician with our company, you will:

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
- 8 years of HVAC service experience
- EPA Universal Certification
- Experience troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of residential, light commercial, and light industrial equipment
- Knowledge of residential forced-air, ductless, hydronic, electric, gas, and oil systems
- Experience making repair vs. replacement recommendations and presenting pricing options
- Customer service and sales experience
- Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams
- Ability to evaluate customer complaints and provide beneficial solutions
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Willingness to attend training classes and seminars
- Willingness to work additional hours during peak demand periods
- Demonstrated leadership and responsibility
- Positive and helpful attitude toward customers and coworkers
- Knowledge of basic sheet metal practices
