CUSTOM AIRCRAFT CABINETS Inc., is a proud manufacturer of custom aircraft components such as cabinetry, doors, side ledges etc. We manufacture custom luxury components. We are currently looking for CNC Operators to join our establishment/family!
Overview:
As a CNC Operator at Custom Aircraft Cabinets Inc., you will play a crucial role in our manufacturing process. You will be responsible for operating computer numerical control machines to fabricate parts according to precise specifications. This position offers a dynamic work environment and opportunities for growth within the company.
Duties:
- Set up and operate CNC machines
- Interpret technical drawings and blueprints to determine machining requirements.
- Utilize precision measuring instruments including micrometers to ensure accuracy.
- Conduct quality control checks to verify conformance to specifications.
- Collaborate with the production team to optimize workflow and efficiency.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
Skills:
- 3 Axis HAAS operation
-Ability to manually adjust programs at the machine
-Ability to set up machine and make adjustments as needed.
-Make tooling for 3 axis operations.
- Ability to read and understand Engineering Data, 2D prints & Catia..
-HAAS 5 Axis Operation
- Proficiency in operating CNC machinery, particularly experience with Fanuc controls.
- Familiarity with SolidWorks or similar CAD software is a plus.
- Knowledge of warehouse and factory operations.
- Understanding of quality control processes.
- Ability to use precision measuring instruments effectively.
- Experience in fabricating parts using CNC technology.
- Proficient with hand tools and micrometers.
-Willing to work Second shift is a plus (5p.m. to 3 a.m)
