Job Description:
As a Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the direction, coordination, and successful execution of specific projects in alignment with company strategy, commitments, and objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the comprehensive planning and execution of projects from our facility here in Houston, TX.
- Define project scope, objectives, schedule, budget, and deliverables in collaboration with supervision.
- Identify project tasks, resource requirements, and allocation.
- Develop and maintain a detailed project schedule using MS Project.
- Monitor and control project schedule adherence.
- Manage, monitor, and control project budgets effectively.
- Plan and manage project timelines to ensure timely delivery.
- Track and ensure the completion of project deliverables.
- Provide guidance and support to project teams.
- Oversee quality assurance processes for all projects.
- Regularly monitor and report project progress to stakeholders.
- Present reports outlining project progress, challenges, and solutions.
- Implement and manage project changes to achieve desired outcomes.
- Conduct project evaluations and assess results accordingly.
