Position Overview:
The CSR/Dispatcher plays a key role in our daily operations. This person will serve as the first point of contact for customers, schedule and dispatch service technicians, and ensure clear communication between our office, field staff, and customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound calls and assist customers with service requests
- Schedule and dispatch technicians for HVAC and plumbing jobs
- Communicate job details and timing clearly to both customers and technicians
- Maintain accurate records of calls, schedules, and service orders
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction after service completion
- Support the office team with administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and multitasking skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency with scheduling software and Microsoft Office
- A friendly, professional attitude and a passion for helping customers
- Flexibility to adjust schedule as needed based on business demands
Schedule:
- Monday through Friday
- Some flexibility in schedule may be required
