Responsibilities

- Read and interpret construction plans, schematics, and technical drawings accurately
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and basic machinery safely and efficiently
- Measure dimensions precisely using tape measures and perform dimensional measurements for framing and installations
- Support construction management by following safety protocols, maintaining site cleanliness, and coordinating with team members on project tasks
Requirements
- Proven construction site experience with knowledge of blueprint reading and interpreting technical drawings
- Skilled in carpentry, sheet metal roofing shingle roof installation, post frame buildings
- Proficient in the use of hand tools, power tools, heavy equipment operation, and basic math skills for measurements and calculations
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and work at heights or in confined spaces as needed
