Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 7:30 AM–3:30 PM; Friday, 7:30 AM–2:45 PM

Overview
We are seeking a caring, enthusiastic, and Christ-centered Early Elementary Teacher to join our elementary team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with young children, creating a positive and nurturing classroom environment, and partnering with families to support students academically, socially, emotionally, and spiritually. Our school offers small class sizes, allowing teachers to build meaningful relationships with students and provide individualized attention.
Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain a safe, welcoming, and Christ-centered classroom environment.
- Plan and provide engaging, age-appropriate instruction for kindergarten students.
- Teach foundational skills in reading, writing, mathematics, science, social studies, and other elementary subjects.
- Incorporate biblical principles and Christian values throughout the school day.
- Encourage students' spiritual growth and help them develop a love for Jesus and others.
- Assess student progress and communicate academic and behavioral needs with parents and school administration.
- Establish positive relationships with students and families.
- Maintain consistent classroom routines, expectations, and behavior management.
- Participate in chapel, school activities, staff meetings, and other school events.
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to support student success.
- Maintain accurate student records and complete required documentation.
- Serve as a positive Christian role model for students.
Qualifications
- A genuine personal commitment to the Christian faith and a desire to serve students in a Christian school environment.
- Passion for teaching and working with young children.
- Strong communication, organization, and classroom-management skills.
- Ability to create a nurturing, engaging, and structured learning environment.
- Teaching certification or an appropriate educational background preferred.

Pay: $35,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
