Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Multi-line Claims Adjuster. The Multi-line Claims Adjuster will investigate, evaluate, and resolve a variety of claims, including property, auto, liability, workers’ compensation, and other commercial and personal lines. Responsibilities include gathering and analyzing claim information, interviewing involved parties, reviewing coverage, estimating damages, and negotiating settlements within authority levels. The role involves preparing clear, timely reports and documentation, maintaining regular communication with clients, policyholders, and other stakeholders, and adhering to company procedures and client-specific guidelines. The Multi-line Claims Adjuster will also collaborate with internal teams and external partners to support accurate, efficient claim resolution and uphold high customer service standards.
Qualifications
- Claims Handling and Claims Management skills to investigate, evaluate, negotiate, and resolve multi-line claims efficiently and fairly.
- Knowledge of Insurance and Insurance Claims processes, policy language, and coverage interpretation across multiple lines of business.
- Experience with Property Damage assessments, including reviewing estimates, reports, and documentation to support accurate loss evaluation.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and time management abilities to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines in a remote environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for interacting with clients, claimants, and internal teams, and for preparing clear reports.
- Proficiency with claims management systems and standard office software; comfort working with digital documentation and remote collaboration tools.
- Prior experience as a multi-line claims adjuster or in a similar insurance role; relevant state adjusting licenses or eligibility to obtain them as required.
- High level of integrity, sound judgment, and commitment to delivering consistent, superior customer service.
