Role Description The Registered Line Technician (RLT) is a full-time role based in Houma, LA, supporting the delivery of ABA therapy under the supervision a Board-Certified Behavior Analysis (BCBA). Day-to-day responsibilities include implementing individualized treatment plans, collecting accurate behavior and progress data, and following established protocols to ensure consistent, high-quality services. The RLT will assist with setting up and maintaining therapy environments, monitoring equipment and materials used in sessions, and reporting any issues that may affect service quality or safety. This role also involves collaborating with supervisors and team members, participating in regular trainings, and maintaining documentation in accordance with clinic and regulatory standards. The RLT is expected to uphold the organization’s mission by providing professional, compassionate support to children and families.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess effective communication skills to collaborate with clinical staff, interact with families professionally, and accurately report observations.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional coursework or certification in ABA, psychology, or related fields is preferred.
- Experience working with children, especially those with developmental or behavioral needs, is highly beneficial.
