Marketing Coordinator

Cushman & Wakefield / EGS Commercial Real Estate is seeking an experienced Marketing Coordinator to join our Birmingham team. This position provides marketing, research, brokerage and administrative support to our growing brokerage platform and plays an important role in the development and execution of marketing initiatives for our clients and properties.

The ideal candidate will bring strong organizational and communication skills, an eye for design and detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities in a fast-paced commercial real estate environment. Commercial real estate experience is preferred, but candidates with relevant agency, corporate or other professional marketing experience are encouraged to apply.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide high-level marketing and administrative support to a team of commercial real estate brokers

• Manage and prioritize incoming marketing requests from brokers and the Manager of Brokerage Marketing

• Create and coordinate property marketing materials, including flyers, social media graphics, maps, leasing proposals, BOVs, market surveys, tour books, and other client deliverables

• Develop and maintain presentation materials and marketing collateral using established brand standards and templates

• Coordinate property tour packages and other materials associated with property marketing campaigns

• Collaborate with brokers and the marketing team on proposals, presentations, research projects and business development initiatives

• Assist with company-wide marketing initiatives, special projects, social media content and corporate communications

• Coordinate with outside brokerage firms, vendors, photographers and other service providers to execute marketing-related projects

• Coordinate property photography, drone footage and other visual assets

• Maintain property listings and marketing information across multiple platforms

• Assist with social media content and other digital marketing initiatives

• Complete invoicing, deal entry and tracking through APTO, our CRE CRM platform within Salesforce

• Perform other marketing and administrative duties as needed

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business or a related field

• 2 years of professional marketing experience; commercial real estate experience is a plus

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint, Word and Excel

• Proficiency in Canva and experience creating professional marketing materials

• Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop

• Graphic design experience required; photography, video editing and other creative skills are a plus

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously

• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy

• Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with brokers, marketing team members and outside vendors
