We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Cleaner for the 2nd shift to join our dynamic facilities maintenance team. Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of offices, restrooms, hallways, production areas, and other designated spaces using appropriate cleaning tools and supplies
- Conduct floor care activities including sweeping, mopping, buffing, and polishing to maintain a pristine appearance
- Handle janitorial duties such as trash removal, dusting, window cleaning, and restocking supplies
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness in both commercial and industrial environments by following established protocols
- Assist with custodial tasks related to facilities maintenance, including light repairs or reporting maintenance issues promptly
- Ensure all cleaning equipment is properly maintained and stored after use
- Support special cleaning projects such as deep cleans or post-event sanitation as needed
Experience
- Prior janitorial or custodial experience in commercial or industrial settings preferred
- Knowledge of floor care techniques including buffing and polishing required
- Experience with residential painting or general facilities maintenance is a plus
- Familiarity with industrial cleaning procedures and safety standards is advantageous
- Proven ability to work efficiently on second shift with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards
