Shift availability:
- Night Shift
- Overnight Shift
- Weekend Day
- Weekend Night Shift
Qualifications:
- Must be certified or able to obtain certification in Professional Crisis Management at a Prac 2 level (we train)
- Advanced experience working with challenging individuals
- Able to demonstrate an ability to meet exceptionally high standards in the caregiving field
- Able to demonstrate an ability to remain calm and professional in high magnitude crisis situations
- Able and willing to follow management directives promptly and diligently
- Able to complete routine documentation for each client
- Willing to assist with personal care
Responsibilities:
- Provide compassionate care and support to individuals with disabilities in a group home setting.
- Assist clients with daily living activities (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation.
- Observe and document client behavior and health status, reporting any changes to the appropriate personnel.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Engage clients in social and recreational activities to promote their well-being and independence.
Experience:
- Caregiving for children: 1 year (Preferred)
