Shift availability:

• Night Shift
• Overnight Shift
• Weekend Day
• Weekend Night Shift

Qualifications:

• Must be certified or able to obtain certification in Professional Crisis Management at a Prac 2 level (we train)
• Advanced experience working with challenging individuals
• Able to demonstrate an ability to meet exceptionally high standards in the caregiving field
• Able to demonstrate an ability to remain calm and professional in high magnitude crisis situations
• Able and willing to follow management directives promptly and diligently
• Able to complete routine documentation for each client
• Willing to assist with personal care

Responsibilities:

• Provide compassionate care and support to individuals with disabilities in a group home setting.
• Assist clients with daily living activities (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation.
• Observe and document client behavior and health status, reporting any changes to the appropriate personnel.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Engage clients in social and recreational activities to promote their well-being and independence.

Experience:

• Caregiving for children: 1 year (Preferred)
