A key priority will be leading the planning and execution of a second manufacturing facility, creating the infrastructure, processes, and team needed to support continued growth.
The ideal candidate is a hands-on executive with experience leading food manufacturing operations, building high-performing teams, driving operational excellence, and successfully scaling organizations. Qualifications:
- 15 years of progressive leadership experience in food manufacturing, including senior executive responsibility for operations.
- Proven success leading multi-functional manufacturing organizations with oversight of operations, supply chain, engineering, quality, and continuous improvement.
- Experience leading business growth initiatives, including plant expansions, new facility startups, or major capital projects.
- Strong operational and financial acumen with experience managing P&L performance and driving profitability.
- Demonstrated ability to build high-performing leadership teams and develop a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Strategic thinker who is equally comfortable working at the executive level and engaging with day-to-day operations.
- Experience partnering with founders, owners, or private company leadership is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and change management skills.
- Willingness to be onsite and lead from the front in a hands-on manufacturing environment.
